I had to call 5 times, and went in person but office closed and left a follow-up message to get my records(could delete "to get….")

After 4 months, I finally had the data I needed!

It makes sense to me as a patient to have my data and use it to empower myself to know my body through the data.

[My data] is a 47 page PDF of many things and of varying sizes and resolutions - Incomplete at best.

[Request process was not easy]. Many steps needed to access the patient portal and get the CCR data.
