I have had various medical problems off and on my entire adult life and due to being an army wife for a while then civilian I have moved around a lot. It has been almost impossible to get any medical records at all. They want you to come back to their facility to get them. DC is a long way from Ft. Lauderdale for example. And when I did get them I had to wait forever to get them or didn’t get them at all.
As an example, right now I need my last dental x-rays and exam to transfer to a different dentist. After a lot of dancing between the two offices, the old dentist told me to send him an email and he would be waiting for it right then and would email them directly to me right then. That was a week and a half ago. I’m still waiting.
