I had to call 5 times, and tried to go in person and left a follow-up message to get my records.
I called four times and the receptionist said they’d work on it, to no avail. I tried to stop by in person, but the office was closed. Left a pissed off message and finally got the records.
How long did it take? Several months / more than 60 days.
Cost? $10–50.
Glad you are working on this issue. I’ve worked diligently to keep my records since I now have a major medical illness. I wish I’d know to request records for my own access from previous providers along the way before they were destroyed due to time.
