I had to call 5 times, and went in person but office closed and left a follow-up message to get my records(could delete "to get….")

After 4 months, I finally had the data I needed!

I can access all of my health records in my chart online.

(Yes, I got my data) But…it came on a disc and my computer no longer has a disc drive so I have no idea what is on it.

While the format was sometimes a pain (20+ CDs for MRIs) and hundreds of scanned pages, I did get the clinical data and it came quick.
